Rentals: Half monthly rent from LESSOR / LESSEE.

Property viewings: Viewings are free for properties in the town of Veliko Tarnovo, outside the town of Veliko Tarnovo clients with no exclusive contract cover the petrol fee /fully refundable upon purchase/.

Property management: On individual agreement.

Translation and Interpretation: Quotations upon request.

Legal and accountancy advices: Quotations upon request.
